Food distribution sites are up and running and you are encouraged to take advantage of these resources and to preserve personal income for other essentials like rent and utilities. Please visit  click “get food” at the top of the page you will be able to see where resources are available near you. We want EVERYONE to feel comfortable receiving food support.

Seniors 65+ can call or sign up online to get groceries, pet food and pharmacy products delivered:


Local restaurants and businesses are offering delivery and take-out of food and essential services. Things change fast, so be sure to call ahead to verify:

F.I.S.H. is providing rent and utility assistance and is an excellent place to get resources if you are in need of support.

Give Help and/or Volunteer

The Ecology Center has set up a page just for the Sonoma Valley to coordinate volunteers, it is easy to use and people can  sign up now.   You will see the different organizations that need help and will be able to sign up for a time slot accordingly.

The City of Sonoma has a page for donations to be collected for food security in the Valley,  This page will feature four organizations in need of financial support. This is a centralized way to give and the goal is to streamline efforts.

Volunteer to shop for a senior or donate money to the Vintage House Delivers program for seniors 65+:


Donate pet food or make a financial contribution to Pets Lifeline and/or F.I.S.H. so they can support families with pets.
